Shipping Methods & Costs
For the fast and reliable transport of our COMPANY’s products, we have chosen the “Speedex” & BOX NOW Courier Service

  • Products are shipped within Greece by courier, with a charge of 3.5 euros. Estimated delivery time is 2 -3 business days, excluding remote areas. The above delivery time may be longer during periods of promotional events or discount coupons due to increased order volume. Shipping within Greece is free for orders over 39 euros.
  • In the event that Cash on Delivery is chosen as the payment method, this service is charged with an additional €2.50 (VAT included).

CYPRUS

The shipments of the products in Cyprus are carried out by courier, with a charge of 9 euros if shipping by sea is selected or 17 euros if air transportation is selected.

*Note: Cash on Delivery service is NOT available for Cyprus. Prepayment always or by Credit/Debit Card or by transfer to the company’s accounts

The COMPANY and its partners take all necessary measures for the timely transfer of the order to the buyer within the framework of the basic delivery schedule of each transport company. We cannot guarantee either the arrival time or the exact delivery time of the ordered products, as these depend on the transport companies we work with.

Our COMPANY is not responsible for any delays due to force majeure or fortuitous events or events beyond its control. In case of any delays, our company will make every effort to contact you. Our company is responsible for the proper delivery of your order to the carrier, and from delivery the risk is transferred to the buyer in accordance with article 524 of the Civil Code.

It is also noted that the cost of transport is what is determined each time by the tariff policy of the respective transport company with which we cooperate. Our partners in question are solely responsible for shipping charges, which may change prices at any time.

The COMPANY is not responsible for any such price change, and the above prices are the current applicable prices, according to our partner’s price list.

– In cases of heavy orders, there is the possibility, after consultation with the customer, of sending them by transport, aiming at the lowest cost of transport. In this case, cash on delivery is not valid, but bank deposit and credit card payment are.
